I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were kept very clean with just enough space to move around the bed, but I wished the rooms with skylight windows had air fresheners. The manager was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to check in early for free, and the staff at the reception desk were lovely. The location was convenient, near shops and restaurants with easy access to Birmingham New Street station. However, the strong scents around the area were a bit overwhelming.

The hotel is ideally located in the city center of Birmingham, making it convenient for everything we needed. The staff was exceptional, with the manager even allowing me to check in early for free. However, the room overlooking a multi-story car park was a downside, and there was nowhere to put things away in the tiny bedroom with 2 single beds and only 1 tiny pillow.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check-in early for free and answering all my questions with a smile. The services and the staff were lovely, making my stay enjoyable. However, I was disappointed by the lack of a window in my room, although an air freshener tried to compensate for it. The bed was quite uncomfortable, and there was barely enough space to move around the bed comfortably.
