I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were kept very clean with just enough space to move around the bed, but I wished the rooms with skylight windows had air fresheners. The manager was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to check in early for free, and the staff at the reception desk were lovely. The location was convenient, near shops and restaurants with easy access to Birmingham New Street station. However, the strong scents around the area were a bit overwhelming.
